Biography: Hongbo Jiang is currently a Distinguished Professor and Vice Dean of the College of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering (CSEE), Hunan University. He is also the director for the trusted systems and networking key laboratory of Hunan Province, the director of Hunan international technical cooperation base of high performance computing and applications. Prior to Hunan University, he was a tenured professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science working with Prof. Shudong Jin, Case Western Reserve University. He ever interned at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, as well as AT&T Labs Research. He was a Hong Kong Scholar Research Fellow at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, working with Prof. John C. S. Lui. Hongbo has been serving in the editorial board of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Communications Magazine, ACM/Springer Wireless Networks, Wiley Security and Communication Networks, International Journal of Ad Hoc and Sensor Wireless Networks. He has also been guest editors for IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Springer Mobile Networks and Applications. He is an elected Member of Academia Europaea (MAE), Fellow of IET (The Institution of Engineering and Technology), Fellow of BCS (The British Computer Society), Fellow of AAIA (The Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association), Fellow of AIIA (The International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance), Senior Member of ACM, Senior Member of IEEE, Distinguished Member of CCF, and Full Member of IFIP TC6 WG6.2. Now his research focuses on computer networking, especially, wireless networks, and mobile computing.

Biography: Zhang Jianbiao, professor and doctoral supervisor, is the leader of the Institute of Information Security and Deputy Director of Beijing Key Laboratory of Trusted Computing. He has been engaged in teaching for 20 years. He has presided or participated in more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects, including National Defense Pre-research Projects, National Funds, 863 and 973 projects, and provincial science and technology special projects. He has published more than 80 papers on international major journals or conferences, more than 20 national invented patents and 2 textbooks.

Assoc. Prof. Congduan Li
Sun Yat-sen University, China
Biography: Congduan Li, Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Sun Yat-sen University. He is a Young Star in Information Theory by the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a High-Level Overseas Talent in Shenzhen, a Senior Member of IEEE, a member of the China IoT Technical Committee, Director of the Vehicle-Road Coordination Laboratory at the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Integrated Connectivity, and Secretary of the IEEE Information Theory Society Guangzhou Chapter. In recent years, he has primarily focused on fundamental research in communication networks and artificial intelligence technologies. His related achievements include the publication of over 100 academic papers, including more than 20 top-tier SCI journal papers as first or corresponding author, and the authorization of more than ten Chinese invention patents. Over the past five years, he has led two National Natural Science Foundation projects, one sub-project of the National Key R&D Program, one Guangdong Provincial Key Basic and Applied Basic Research Project, one Guangdong Provincial Key R&D Program Project, one Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Key Fund, two Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation General Projects, one National Defense Key Laboratory Fund, three National and Provincial Key Laboratory Funds, and multiple industry-sponsored R&D projects, including those from Google.
